Greetings, Friends!
Flash back to early 2023...
We had been nose-to-grindstone working on our personal lives, our Air Force careers, and our real estate investing hustle for most of 2022. As a result we'd been a bit of strangers to many of our friends. Life was crazy, but we still wanted to be intentional about catching back up with everyone!
...which is what prompted us to send out an update - so here's a quick look back into where we were at then and our journey to where we're at today:
In addition to our respective full-time Air Force gigs, we’ve both been hard at work managing various real estate projects as well as pursuing our own personal endeavors and growth:
The Mirabile Family embarking on their first family househack!
Dean and Bulleit adding another househack to the list, this time Airbnb-style!
Anthony spearheading the renovation of several of our Dayton units, culminating in the refinance of that property
Dean getting his real estate license and embarking down the path of helping others buy, sell, and invest in real estate too
…but also playing hard - we just wrapped up our second annual 18Alpha Investing Ski Retreat in Keystone, CO! We were lucky enough to be joined by an amazing and inspiring group of folks, we all learned A TON and had a blast doing it!
Among our other top goals for this year, we have set out to do better about staying in touch, so you’ll be seeing a lot more from us. Please give us feedback on our content. We want to know what topics you like (or don’t like), want to see more (or less) of, are curious about, etc. - we want to hear your thoughts! Or, if you find that these emails do not serve you or bring you value, even let us know if you'd like to opt out.

Anthony "Rocky" Mirabile
Anthony "Rocky" Mirabile is an Active Duty Air Force Flight Test Engineer. He is a family man, entrepreneur, investor, husband, and proud father of 2 boys who is pursuing financial freedom, and he actually closed on his first real estate investment property the same day his first son was born - signing the closing docs right in the hospital lobby!! Rocky is currently executing a family househack BRRRR. He is at his best intersecting technology and business while surrounding himself with a tribe of likeminded folks to share in the journey, and is passionate about helping others build strong families through love, wisdom, and money.
Dean "GOGS" Valentini
Dean "GOGS" Valentini is an Active Duty Air Force Flight Test Engineer. He began his journey to financial freedom in 2017 when he bought his first househack in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Since then, he has acquired two more househacks in Denver, CO (one long-term rental and one short-term rental). He is also an avid technologist, health & fitness enthusiast, investor in stocks and crypto, and serial entrepreneur having built several other businesses along the way including being a licensed CO REALTOR. GOGS is passionate about sharing lessons learned from his journey, with the goal of helping others rapidly achieve financial independence!
